Vivo cerca de Blackpool, en el norte de Inglaterra, donde la brisa del mar siempre mantiene las cosas interesantes. Mi aventura con el español comenzó en los años 80 – 00, cuando trabajé junto a personas increíbles de España en la industria de la cerámica. Desde entonces, escribir cuentos en español se ha convertido en mi arma secreta para aprender el idioma con fluidez. Créeme, leer es una de las mejores maneras de aprender un idioma. Las historias crean imágenes en tu mente, lo que facilita recordar nuevas palabras. Además, leer es relajante y muy divertido.

Nueva Vida
En 2021, emprendí una nueva aventura: construir nuestra propia casa de bajo consumo energético en el Distrito de los Lagos. Es un proyecto largo (¡de varios años, de hecho!), pero cuando esté terminado, espero usar ese espacio para seguir publicando grandes libros y, tal vez, inspirar algunas historias más en el camino.
In 2021, I embarked on a new adventure: building our own energy-efficient home in the Lake District. It’s a long-term project (several years, in fact!), but once it’s finished, I hope to use the space to continue publishing great books—and maybe even find inspiration for a few more stories along the way.
